Arsenic Water Filtration in Greensboro
Piedmont Triad Well Water Testing & Arsenic Reduction
Arsenic is tasteless, colorless, and odorless. If it’s in your well water, you won’t know without a lab test. That’s a real concern for homeowners across Guilford County and the broader Piedmont Triad, where the region’s geology can push naturally occurring arsenic into private groundwater supplies.
Dr. Johns H2O Water Purification has been solving water quality problems for Greensboro-area families since 2002. Our roots trace back to Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Water Purification and Electrical, a community fixture since 1974. As a member of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) and the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, we bring over 22 years of focused water treatment experience to every home and business we serve.

How the Arsenic Guard™ Dual-Tank System Works
The Arsenic Guard™ routes water through two tanks in sequence. The first tank handles initial arsenic removal through a filtration media that captures arsenic through adsorption. Trivalent arsenic, a harder-to-capture form, requires oxidation before it can be effectively removed, and the system’s design accounts for that. The second tank polishes out any remaining trace arsenic before the water reaches your fixtures.
Because a qualified Kinetico® professional handles all scheduled servicing, you don’t need to monitor media life or manage the process yourself. The system runs continuously in the background without drawing a single watt of electricity.
Start with a Water Analysis, Not a Guess
Getting arsenic under control starts with knowing whether it’s there. We offer water analysis and service consultations to clients so you have the facts before any decision is made. If the results call for an Arsenic Guard™ installation, we can walk you through the process, the cost, and the timeline, with financing options, payment plans, and warranties available to make it accessible.
Our team is available around the clock. Call (336) 560-9540 to schedule your water analysis and find out exactly what’s in your Greensboro-area well water.
